These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all access to and use of Mythos Tech Essentials
(“Website”) and all purchases made through the Website.

Mythos Tech Essentials is a brand owned and operated by Mythos Trading LLC, a UAE-registered
company (“Mythos Trading LLC”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

BY ACCESSING THIS WEBSITE OR PURCHASING ANY PRODUCT, YOU ACCEPT AND
AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

4. Pricing, Payments & Fraud Prevention

a. Pricing

Prices are displayed in AED and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to correct pricing mistakes and cancel orders affected by them, even after
payment.

b. Payment Methods

We accept:
• Credit/Debit Cards
• Apple Pay / Samsung Pay (if supported)
• Cash on Delivery (COD)*

COD orders may include an additional fee if specified during checkout.

c. Fraud & Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to:
• Request identity verification
• Request payment confirmation
• Cancel suspicious or high-risk orders
• Block users abusing COD or repeatedly canceling orders

Chargeback abuse will result in legal action under UAE Cybercrime & Commercial Transaction
Laws.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Customer Obligations

We deliver through trusted UAE courier partners such as:
• Halan
• Aramex
• Shiplifier
• Additional approved logistics companies

a. Delivery Timelines

Delivery times are estimates only.

Delays caused by couriers, weather, public holidays, or unforeseen events do not constitute
grounds for compensation or cancellation once the order has shipped.

b. Delivery Attempts

If a customer:
• Fails to answer calls
• Provides incorrect address details
• Refuses delivery

The order may be returned automatically, and additional fees may apply.

Repeated COD failures will result in a permanent account ban.

6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

We follow UAE consumer protection guidelines, with additional conditions to protect our business
from misuse.

a. Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only if:
• The wrong item was received
• The item arrived damaged or defective
• The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• The return request is submitted within the allowed period

b. Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene, technical, and handling reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or
used:
• Chargers, cables, power accessories
• Screen protectors
• Electronic accessories
• Items with scratched, damaged, or missing packaging

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet our guidelines.

c. Return Shipping Costs

• If the product is defective or incorrect: we cover the return shipping
• If the customer changes their mind: return fees apply

d. Refunds

Refunds are issued to:
• The original payment method, or
• Store credit (in specific situations)

Refund timelines depend on your bank/payment provider and may take up to 14 working days.

We reserve the right to issue partial refunds in cases where packaging or condition has been
compromised.

7. Order Cancellation

• You may request cancellation before dispatch
• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible

Our Right to Cancel

We may cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:

• Suspicious/fraudulent activity
• Incorrect pricing
• Customer history of delivery refusal or COD misuse

If payment was made, a refund will be processed.

8. Warranty Policy

Many Mythos Tech Essentials products include a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only.

Warranty does NOT cover:
• Physical damage
• Water damage
• Normal wear and tear
• Misuse, improper handling, or modifications
• Damage caused by third-party accessories

Warranty claims require:
• Proof of purchase
• Photo/video evidence
• Product assessment

We reserve the right to approve or decline warranty claims.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under UAE law, Mythos Trading LLC and Mythos Tech Essentials are not
liable for:
• Delays caused by delivery partners
• Minor cosmetic variations in products
• Losses arising from improper use of products
• Loss of profits, revenue, or opportunity
• Data loss, account compromise, or unauthorized access
• Website downtime, errors, or technical issues

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NEVER EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID FOR THE
PRODUCT IN QUESTION.

10. Intellectual Property

All Website content, including:
• Logos
• Product designs
• Packaging
• Text
• Images
• Branding

is owned by Mythos Trading LLC and protected under UAE copyright and intellectual property
laws.

Copying, distribution, modification, or commercial use of our content without written consent is
