This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) governs all orders placed through Mythos Tech Essentials (“Website”).
Mythos Tech Essentials is a brand owned and operated by Mythos Trading LLC, UAE.
By placing an order, you agree fully to this Policy.
1. Shipping Coverage
We ship to:
a. United Arab Emirates (Local Shipping) Delivery across all Emirates through approved courier partners.
b. International Shipping We ship to selected countries worldwide. International shipping fees and timelines vary and are higher than UAE domestic shipping due to global logistics costs.
2. Shipping Fees
a. UAE Local Shipping Fees • FREE Shipping on orders 199 AED and above • 25 AED shipping fee on orders below 199 AED Automatically applied at checkout.
b. International Shipping Fees International shipping is not free. Fees depend on: • Destination country • Courier rates • Weight and size
Customers must review and approve their international shipping fee at checkout.
3. Order Processing Time
Processing depends on the time the order is placed:
a. Orders placed before the cut-off time (7:00 AM UAE Time) ➡ Processed the same day or the next business day
b. Orders placed after 7:00 AM ➡ Processed the following business day
c. Weekend & Holiday Orders Orders placed on Fridays, UAE public holidays, or after cut-off times will be processed on the next business day.
Processing time does NOT include courier delivery time.
4. Delivery Timeframes
a. UAE Local Delivery Estimated delivery: • 1–3 business days for major cities • 2–5 business days for remote areas
b. International Delivery Typical delivery: • 5–15 business days depending on destination, customs clearance, and courier workload
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Once the order has shipped, delays caused by couriers or customs do not qualify for cancellation, refunds, or compensation.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure: • Accurate and complete address details • Active and reachable phone number • Availability to receive delivery • Payment of customs duties (for international orders)
Failure to comply may result in: • Delayed delivery • Return-to-sender (RTS) • Additional shipping fees
Repeated failures may result in account suspension.
6. Delivery Attempts & Return-to-Sender (RTS)
If the courier is unable to deliver due to: • Incorrect address • Customer unavailability • Unreachable phone • Customer refusal
The shipment will be returned.
UAE Orders • Re-delivery fees may apply • If canceled after RTS, shipping fees are non-refundable
International Orders • Return shipping charges may be deducted from refunds • International shipping fees are non-refundable
7. Cash on Delivery (COD) – UAE Only
If COD is available: • COD may include a surcharge • Customer must have exact payment ready • Refusal to pay or accept delivery is considered a breach of policy
Repeated COD refusal will result in: • Immediate ban from COD • Possible account suspension
8. Delivery Confirmation
Once the courier marks the order as Delivered, the order is officially complete.
We are not responsible for: • Theft after delivery • Packages accepted by security, reception, or family • Misplacement after delivery confirmation
Disputes must be handled with the courier directly.
9. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If there is an issue with the order, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with: • Order number • Photos or videos of the issue
Failure to report within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of replacement eligibility.
10. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may incur: • Customs fees • VAT/GST • Import duties
These charges are: • Not included in product or shipping prices • Not controlled by Mythos Tech Essentials or Mythos Trading LLC • 100% the customer’s responsibility
Packages returned due to unpaid customs will not receive refunded shipping fees.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, including: • Natural disasters • Customs delays • Strikes • Weather conditions • War or political unrest • Courier system outages • Pandemics or transport restrictions
