2. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

3. Warranty Claim Requirements

• Order number
• Full name
• Clear photos or videos of the issue
• Description of the defect
• Evidence that the defect is manufacturing-related
We may request additional photos/videos for verification.
Important:
Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate claim rejection and potential
blacklisting for fraud prevention.
4. Warranty Claim Evaluation
Submitting a claim does not guarantee approval.
Warranty claims are approved only if:
• The product issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect
• All required evidence is provided
• The product shows no signs of misuse or damage
• The product is still within the warranty period (if applicable)
We reserve full discretion to approve, reject, or partially approve claims.
All decisions by Mythos Trading LLC are final.
5. Warranty Remedies
If a warranty claim is approved, we may choose one of the following remedies:

Issue store credit equivalent to the value of the product.

Shipping fees are not refunded under warranty claims.

6. Warranty Claim Exclusions

If a replacement cannot be shipped due to country restrictions, store credit may be issued instead.

• Chargeback fraud
• Abuse of return/warranty systems

liable for:
• Damage caused by improper usage
• Financial loss resulting from product failure
• Device damage caused by accessories
• Loss of data or files
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our liability is strictly limited to the product’s purchase price.
